That was NOT the experience I had with Gem State Family Law, led by Frank A. Leavitt and his staff. They did an outstanding job to expedite the process. Through his excellent counsel, we were able to accomplish the task in less than 3 months; from the filing of a petition of divorce by my previous wife to a court order for the termination of the marriage. Frank was able to negotiate a fair settlement without the painful process of discovery, mediation, or court proceedings.
